Incredibly kind owner, and breakfast to order. While traveling through Kansas on business, I booked a room at this vintage hotel because the listing said breakfast included. What it didn't say was that it's breakfast made to order at the historic 1930's style diner next door. The owner himself comes your breakfast, whatever you want. And the coffee is free and delicious, served up with a generous dose of kindness by this hotel owner. While the rings are dated, they have all of the amenities a traveler really needs including microwave, frigate, hairdryer, iron, ECT. The rooms are clean, and the beds are concussions. I would stay again..
Very kind owner. Clean room, had everything we needed. Delicious, quick breakfast that came with room (in old adoradble diner). Can't beat it. Will be back.
I just want to say my wife and I came to Anthony to work with pipeline. This was the first hotel we seen when we came to town. The owner of the hotel was quick to work with us on payments on the second week. Real nice guy. The hotel is clean. The price was very reasonable. All the rooms are like mini suites with frig n micro in them. Beds are comfy. They go out of their way to make sure you have anything you need. You don't find many people/hotels like this on the road! I recommend this hotel to anyone staying near the area.
The owner, Jesús, is very nice and will even cook you breakfast for free at the 8 seat diner next door. The rooms are clean and comfortable, they do need a little remodeling which the owner is in the process of doing. The rooms even come with a refrigerator and microwave. Overall a great stay at the Sky Palace in Anthony, KS.
The hospitality of the hotel owner is above and beyond. He cooks free for the people that spent the night in one of his rooms for, and to order. There are a few things at the hotel that need work but they're getting fixed little by little. Customer service is phenomenal. The cooking is delicious.
